Cold-pressed oils don't need preservatives to stay safe, they need to be stored right. Keep the bottle away from direct sunlight and heat, cap tightly after each use, and you're looking at 9–12 months of shelf life depending on the oil. If it ever smells off or changes colour, stop using it. That's your only real expiry signal.
