Malash accepts the payment methods displayed during checkout.

Partial Cash on Delivery (Partial COD), where available, requires a mandatory advance payment. The advance amount is non-refundable if the customer refuses delivery or fails to accept the shipment.

Orders will be processed only after successful payment authorization.


 

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping & Replacement Policy.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on location, courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon successful delivery of the order.


 

7. Replacement Policy

Replacement requests are governed by our Cancellation & Replacement Policy.

Malash does not offer refunds.

Eligible replacement requests must comply with all conditions mentioned in the applicable policy, including submission of the required photographs and unboxing video within the prescribed reporting period.
